developing the Scans section. |

I would like to
update the scans section. The problem is, as I do not reside in the US,
collecting magazine publications is very difficult and the international
freight is quite expensive. I was hoping that visitors to the site
could help me out. If you have any scans of the original articles or
magazine pictures I could use,
I would
love it if you could email them to me.
Season 5 page updated with
screencaps from 5.08, 'Shutdown'.

Wistful Memory we now have screencaps up for the special appearance of
the West Wing Cast on The Ellen Degeneres Show. You can find
these by scrolling all the way down to the bottom of Season 7 or
alternatively, in the Miscellaneous section.
Also, request filled: episode 4.19 'Angel Maintenance'.

'The Cold' added. I try to restrict the number of caps for any
individual episode to an absolute maximum of 1000. However, I've gone way
over today! Once again, the screencaps inside the zip file have been
organized into a gallery. Click on one of the index files.
My
personal favourite for this episode!
Also, new caps have gone up in Seasons 2, 4 and 5 during the past couple
of weeks.

Running Mates and 7.11 Internal Displacement
have been put up. I'm trying something different with the zip files
- I have incorporated a gallery in the zip file for the episode Running
Mates for easier viewing. It's the same as the gallery you're
used to online but including the extra caps and the pages will load much
quicker on your own PC. Just click on one of the index files inside the
folder. The thumbnails and additional pages only added on an extra 3Mb to
the zip file so this might become a permanent feature. Please let me know
if you find this useful.

I'm so saddened
by the news that John Spencer has passed away. My condolences to John's
family, the cast and crew of The West Wing, his fans and any other person
who has had the pleasure of knowing this magnificent man.
I have reuploaded the Opening Credits for Season 1 which of course,
include a couple of Nice ones of Leo McGarry.

Have added
captures for 7.08 'Undecideds' and the season four episode 'The
Long Goodbye'. As well, I've added a clip of Josh & Toby from last
Sunday to a new "clip of the week" video page. At the moment you can find
this at the bottom of the navigation bar on the Season 7 page. The videos
on this page will be replaced weekly with something new - whatever catches
my attention!!

I have added screencaps for the
season 4 episode 'Game On' and all I want to say is
that it was a much more fun debate experience than 7.07 which I have yet
to finish capping but will try and do so before 'The Undecideds'
airs tomorrow.
I frequently get email from
people asking me where they can download episodes from. My answer is
please have a look at the Advertiser links and help support this site! The
domain and hosting account were renewed recently and the site is now all
set to go for another year. However, my credit card bill is yet to come in
so PLEASE show some support! Also, there are some good deals going around
on The West Wing DVD's at the moment with Season 1 and 2 going for as
little as $18 US.

New site
layout! Having everything on one page and having to scroll so much was
becoming cumbersome so there is now a new page for each season. I
was hoping to get it finished by the site anniversary date, but.... didn't
happen! As it is, I'm uploading this somewhat prematurely. I still have a few more pages of content to add and I also
need to update some existing pages. With such a big change over there is
bound to be a few broken links so if you find one could you please report
it otherwise many months may go by before I notice it myself.
From now on in, all newly capped episodes will be
listed here. The latest episode to be capped is from Season 5:-
'Constituency Of
One'. |
